Appearance and Smell
Blue Cheese pot is pungent, dank, sweet, and fruity with hints of blueberry. Its distinctive smell is the source of its unique name and widespread popularity. It is both stinky and sweet like a perfectly made blue cheese. You will know from the smell that you have the right product.
Blue Cheese cannabis seeds and clone cuttings will grow to up to 2 meters in height and the leaves will be green with a beautiful purple tint from the slightly cooler temperatures under which it thrives. Many growers will choose to grow the plant of medium height and wide so that more branches and leaves get a greater dose of sunlight. The flowering female Blue Cheese marijuana plant is magnificent with little white and orange hairs, green and purple leaves, and beautiful, psychedelic flowers.
How to Grow
Blue Cheese bud is a pleasure to grow. It is easy and rewarding to grow this highly sought-after strain. Blue cheese has a natural ability to fight mold contamination. It produces dank, middle size buds with hints of purple throughout. Blue Cheese marijuana can be grown hydroponically, in soil, and as indoor or outdoor plants. Flower Power fertilizer is always a top choice for marijuana growers.
Indoors, Blue Cheese will yield about 18 oz. per meter squared. Outdoors, you may come away with 19 oz. per plant. To bring out the purple hues, it is grown in slightly cooler temperatures than usual, and harvested in late September. Flowering will take 7 to 9 weeks.
Blue Cheese can grow in the medium of your choice using well-researched methods. Training the plant can increase yields. Low stress training involves tying the branches down in a capital L-shape to increase growth factors. Screen-of-green training involves using a screen to increase canopy area. This will allow more sunlight or lamplight to reach more leaves.
High stress training is better for use outdoors. This involves removing the top of the plant to cause it to branch in two. The more difficult FIM (Fudge I missed) method involves the careful art of removing the tops to create a four-way branching. This method must be studied very carefully to perfect. A detailed online info guide or a professional gardening book should be consulted and practiced if you will be growing your plant with the four-branching training method.
Medicinal Marijuana Review
Blue Cheese’s strong Indica effects makes it useful for PTSD, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and insomnia. It can help with anxiety disorders, pain disorders like arthritis and migraine, and the complications and aftermath of cancer and treatment side effects. Stress and anxiety are also common features of chronic pain such as associated with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and neck and back pain. This stress can affect one’s job and relationships beyond the direct effects of the syndrome. Blue Cheese is strong enough to treat stress and pain, while leaving one’s faculties intact so that one can be productive even with pain syndromes. The stimulation of the Sativa components of Blue Cheese will prevent one from being overwhelmed by the relaxation, leaving you relaxed and pain free, but able to focus on the task at hand. Blue Cheese is recommended by doctors to treat all types of headache as well.

Great, unique strain. If you’re used to the pungent skunky, tangy smells, sticking your nose in the bag may make you think you’ve just been duped by your plug. To me it smells like sticking your nose into a vase at craft store filled with dried decorative plants and flowers. Not too appetizing. That is until you look at it and smoke it. It’s a beautiful flower with more of a blue hue than others, high crystal concentration, and fluffy. The high is euphoric, creative and uplifting for an indica dominant hybrid. Highly recommend for a change of pace. I also found it less likely to trigger paranoia.
I love this strain for ability to use it even in the middle of the day. Someone could state that the fact that Blue Cheese is rather mild is a bad thing but i think it’s the best in it! You see, i tend to mong out after using strong Indicas and that is why it's impossible for me to smoke them at daytime. But this thing is so good, you don't have to be afraid of being busted. At first, wait for a couple of minutes while a warm, cozy blanket covers your head and then gradually wraps your whole body (that melts like butter at that very moment) with euphoria. But again, no monging out and a fine self-control, so you can keep working. Although sometimes when i feel like having a nap i decide to put myself in the hands of BC and be drifting on it till I am asleep. By the way, i seem to have extremely interesting dreams on this strain too. And, an icing on the cake, a slight afterglow when i feel happy although not high anymore. I think it has got all the effects from both sativa and indica, what makes this weed exceptionally interesting and appealing. I have been buying it a lot and i'll keep it up.
Unexpectedly I found this thing a highly effective remedy for severe stress and anxiety despite the fact that this is an indica-dominant strain. Usually I can't smoke them in the daytime as they make me too tired and exhausted so I can't force myself to continue the work. This allows me to pretend I'm a normal person. Now I have my 3 favorite strains which I use during the day, it's blue cheese, blue dream and purple passion. After making a comparison between them several times, I have concluded that BC is what BD was trying to be but you can't beat it just like that. In my entire life I've only tried few indicas with the desired effects which at the same time didn't make me sleepy. That's why I had to buy a zip of it and put it in the freezer. I just thought better safe than sorry in case of an apocalypse:) Its other great advantage is making me horny and increasing my arousal level which is great cause my sex drive is strangely low recently. My girlfriend likes it most of all and her favorite strain for sex is my favorite strain.
As many other cheese strains which I seem to be falling in love with, I've put Blue Cheese on the list of my favorite strains ever for a number of reasons. By and large it has a great relaxing and euphoric effect, but that's not what I like the most about it. I suffer from tourettes and usually use indicas to decrease the symptoms, but it always makes me sleepy, which is a bad thing. But this time a miracle happened. After a couple of hits I forgot about anxiety and stress, started to smile, the muscles relaxed and my tics were gone. It was claimed as sativa dominant strain by the local dispensary but even though it really brings out some kind of creativity and cerebral stimulation, all the other effects show it has more indica in it. Though not too much as the need to sleep after the burnout is not so heavy. Nugs were beautiful, bright green and the scent was cheesy and sweet. Overall: worth trying anytime, day or night.
I’m not new to cannabis but this one hit me really hard. The smell was extremely strong, and it had lots of taste. The relaxing effect of this indica is also strong because I was literally put on my ass after I smoked it. Love this bud!
I recently tried blue cheese for my gastric issues, and it was great! Just 5 grams of this stuff got me high and made me forget about the pain. The buds were very dense and the high was euphoric… And I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this Indica was British! Will buy again.
I tried this pot because of the medical benefits. I suffered from ankle pain and one of my friends recommended Blue cheese strain, saying it can help to relax. She was right. It was extremely relaxing, and the taste was freaking delicious! I enjoyed it the most in the evening when I would come home after running errands and just relax in front of the TV. Highly recommended!
At first I didn’t like the taste of blue cheese but then I felt that it smelled of musky berries. No taste of cheese whatsoever, but it was still good. Helped to have a fun and relaxed time with my friends and enjoy every minute of it. This pot gets 8 out of 10 from me.
I smoked Blue Cheese cannabis to battle anxiety and it did a pretty good job. In fact, I can say it is a great weed for turning you into a talker! I was unsure whether to try it at first because many people wrote that blue cheese put them in bed quickly. It’s not the case with me! I found myself wanting to socialize! Plus the smoke is thick and the taste is very delicious!
If you’re an Indica fan, I highly recommend you try this one. It has a rich taste and gives an incredible euphoric high that makes you very happy. When I tried Blue cheese marijuana for the first time, I found myself flossing my tenth for like 7 minutes thinking about a party me and my friends had the other day. Good times!
